Mon, Mar 27: A collision repair centre in Vaughan, Ont., has left a customer waiting more than two months to complete repairs he never wanted them to do in the first place. The crash occurred in January, but the customer and his insurance company have had difficulty getting information on the progress of the car, or whether any work has been done. Sean O’Shea reports.
