No emergency funding for opioid crisis in federal budget

In the federal budget, Finance Minister Bill Morneau allocated money for childcare and infrastructure, but according to the NDP Health Critic there was a glaring omission. Vancouver-Kingsway MP Don Davies says there is nothing in the budget earmarked to help fight the opioid crisis.
