Thu, Mar 23: The Toronto District School Board has decided not to allow plans for new school trips to the United States. The board has decided that trips already planned and paid for, a total of 24 this year involving 800 students, can go ahead. But as Sean O’Shea reports, they say if students have a problem with the border, that will change.
