Flags fly at half-staff atop UK parliament, other buildings in London

Flags were flying half-staff on Thursday morning over houses of the UK parliament, a day after a knife-wielding man drove an SUV into pedestrians on London’s Westminster Bridge before crashing the vehicle into the gates of Parliament.
