Wed, Mar 22: The BC SPCA’s recent seizures at a Langley animal rescue are renewing the call for province-wide standards for rescue groups. There are now at least 170 organizations of that kind across B.C. and none of them are required to abide by any regulations. Grace Ke reports on how advocates hope to remedy the problem.
