Police, paramedics surround car after ‘firearms incident’ outside UK parliament

The British government building is on lockdown after several people were injured in an incident on Westminster Bridge near the House of Commons. Aerial footage captured police and paramedics surrounding a car which appeared to have swerved off the road and collided with a fence near London’s iconic “Big Ben” clock.
