Vancouver church sheltering homeless this winter faces massive hydro bill

Sun, Mar 19: The homeless have struggled to find shelter this harsh winter. And members of a Vancouver church did their part opening up their doors to be a warm retreat from the snow and ice. Imagine their shock when they got their hydro bill so huge they weren’t sure how they’d pay it off. That’s when karma kicked in. Tanya Beja has that story.
