Goodbye winter, hello spring

Sun, Mar 19: Well this winter has been the season many of us would like to forget. More snow and slick conditions here on the South Coast than most can remember in recent memory. So with spring set to officially start tomorrow, there was hope we could begin to put the cold behind us. But on this last day of winter, Mother Nature had the last laugh. Grace Ke reports.
