Railtown business owners concerned over proposed zoning changes

Sat, Mar 18: A group of Vancouver business owners is going public to try to get city council to actually listen to them. They work in Railtown, a downtown industrial and commercial hub. In recent years, tech upstarts have set up shop there but the city is taking steps to put an end to all that. Nadia Stewart has more on the proposed changes and their concerns.
