Peachland water treatment plant officially in the works

Boil water advisories have been a regular occurrence in Peachland for several years, but they may soon be coming to an end with a new water treatment plant. The federal and provincial governments are contributing money for a new plant. But as Kelly Hayes reports tonight, Peachland taxpayers are being asked if they will approve borrowing millions of dollars to help pay their share.
