A police officer has been accused of using excessive force during an arrest in Vallejo, California, on March 10. A video, streamed live on Facebook, shows an officer walking towards a man sitting down on Fairgrounds Drive. The officer held the man to the ground and punched him in the head, first with his fist and later with a baton.
