Surrey theft caught on camera

Sun, Mar 12: People living in a Surrey neighbourhood are anxious tonight after they spotted two men who they suspect of casing their community. A camera caught a man stealing from one of their homes. And while the items might not be valuable, neighbours are concerned the crime could escalate. Kristen Robinson has details.
