Toronto police are hunting for a suspect who stole a car this morning – with some precious cargo in it. A four-year-old girl was in the back seat. The girl’s mother was frantic… but it took 90 minutes for the Amber Alert to be issued. The little girl is back with her family, but as Mike Drolet reports, there are questions about the police response.
