A Florida judge has denied “Stand Your Ground” as an appropriate defence a controversial movie theater shooting. The shooting occurred in 2014, when retired Tampa police captain Curtis Reeves shot and killed Chad Oulson inside a movie theater in Wesley Chapel, Florida.
