Saint-Henri street remains partly closed for construction

Sainte-Marguerite Street in Saint-Henri remains partly blocked off after three weeks. Residents have to deal with driving restrictions, parking space is limited, and garbage services are unable to access the street. Global’s Kelly Greig reports.
