Mayor Fougere – March 7

After being discontinued in 2015 over resident pushback, the city is looking at introducing a new local improvement program (LIP) that would see residents pay to have projects like their back alley paved. Mayor Fougere explains why the program isn’t a for sure thing and why it has a ways to go before becoming a reality.
