Motion opposes Elections Quebec’s decision to merge Mount-Royal, Outremont ridings

Mon, Mar 6: Montreal city councillor Marvin Rotrand is filing an emergency motion demanding that Elections Quebec revert its decision to merge the provincial ridings of Mont-Royal and Outremont.
