U.K dad develops bionic arm for son

Every year in Canada, more than 100 babies are born with defective limbs. Newborn amputees typically have to wait until they’re older before they can receive a custom-made fibreglass prosthetic. But one British father refused to accept that reality and set out to build a new arm for his son. Jeff Semple has his story.
