Wed, Mar 1: Just like at the Academy Awards, where accountants produced a duplicate set of winning envelopes and the wrong Best Picture was announced, Toronto city officials say a second financial file is to blame for taxpayers getting an unexpected bank charge this morning. As Sean O’Shea reports, it was a shock to the bank accounts of 44,000 people.
