New Brunswick launches literacy strategy aimed at improving rates

Mon, Feb 27: The New Brunswick government launched its new literacy strategy Monday in an effort to improve below average literacy rates in the province. As Andrew Cromwell reports, stakeholders say it’s a step forward but it will take time to see results.
