You know that spring is coming when pothole season begins. Kelowna city crews will be filling thousands of potholes in the coming weeks — some small, some huge. And for some reason they’re deeper this year — damaging vehicles and leaving motorists with very little recourse when it comes to recouping costs for repairs. Kelly Hayes.
