A congressmen from Connecticut is expressing concern over reports of a Russian intelligence-collection ship travelling near a US naval submarine base. US Representative from Connecticut Joe Courtney told Congress on Wednesday that “a Russian spy ship, the Viktor Leonov” was “loitering” near the Groton navy base.
