Arkansas debating their own gender-based ‘bathroom bill’

Arkansas is joining the ranks of 14 other states that have introduced bills in the 2017 legislative session that would restrict transgender access to public restrooms, locker rooms, or other gender specific facilities. KARK’s Caitlin Rearden reports.
