200,000 evacuees return home after Oroville Dam evacuation lifted

Nearly 200,000 evacuees in Northern California can return home after a mandatory evacuation order was lifted. Officials say repairs to the Oroville Dam spillways are working. As Reid Fiest reports, residents still have to be prepared to flee if the situation changes.
