The good versus the bad: Technology’s place in the lives of millennials

Millennials want you to know that while it looks like they’re choosing technology over you, it’s more that they’re expected to be connected. It’s not uncommon to find heads down, with phones planted firmly and perpetually in the hands of millennials as they walk by you on the street, in the mall, or at the booth next to you at the restaurant. But, millennials want you to know that there’s a reason for what you’re seeing. Global’s Zahra Premji reports.
