Multi-million dollar cost for permanent fix to troublesome irrigation situation

It’s a huge expense for a small community and the mayor says they can’t pay for it alone. The Town of Oliver is facing a bill of more than $10 million on an irrigation project. Saying the project is vital to the south Okanagan agriculture industry, the mayor is hoping for financial help from senior levels of government.
