Russia enacts controversial domestic abuse law

A controversial new law was made official this week by Russian President Vladimir Putin, decriminalizing domestic abuse. First time offenders will face a maximum of 15 days in jail or a small fine, as long as they don’t break the bones of their victim. Mike Armstrong reports.
