Policing costs may double for Osoyoos taxpayers

The population of Osoyoos is increasing and that has created some financial growing pains for local taxpayers. The town has grown by 240 people over the past five years, pushing its population to just over 5,000. That means a big increase in the town’s policing bill and its property taxes.
