Residents in the small community of Gray, 40 kilometres south of Regina, are wondering why they weren’t notified when a man convicted of sexual assault moved to town. That man, Nathan Dueck, is back in police custody. David Baxter has more on the neighbours concerns and Dueck’s charges.
