Rachelle Magnan and Austin Hunchak of Kelowna were complete strangers, that is until they discovered they had rented the same condo – at the same time. Magnan got her money back but Hunchak is out thousands of dollars. They’re sharing their rental nightmare so others don’t fall into the same trap. Kelly Hayes reports.
