Former Tolko employee says there were problems with boomboats prior to fatal incident

A former Tolko employee has come forward, alleging there were concerns about boomboats at the Kelowna plant taking on water before Monday night’s fatal incident. A boomboat operator died after it sank. Former boomboat operator Gorden James says he routinely complained about the boats taking on water.
