Oakville rescue helps puppy with special needs that was thrown in the garbage

Tue, Jan 31: He is only seven-weeks-old, but a puppy at an Oakville rescue has already been through more than any dog should go through in a lifetime. But there is hope now that the right rescue has come to his aid because this particular dog has extra challenges to overcome. Christina Stevens reports.
