Candlelight vigil held in Toronto for victims of Quebec City mosque shooting

Hundreds of people turned out for a candlelight vigil in Toronto Monday evening to honour the victims of the Quebec City mosque shooting. Toronto Mayor John Tory and Canadian Finance Minister Bill Morneau were among those who attended the vigil.
