Robon Milne is lucky to be alive. The Sprague, Man., resident had a massive heart attack at this home in southeastern Manitoba in Octover. His life was on the line and was treated in the U.S.. Because of a decades old agreement with Manitoba Health, he assumed he was covered. But not he’s left with a massive bill.
