Sat, Jan 28: The city of Vancouver is looking at how it can better handle its next major snowfall. Last month – several snowstorms hit the west coast. Main roads went unplowed and side streets were frozen-over for weeks. That prevented garbage and recycling pick-up. As Nadia Stewart reports – one politician says taxpayers should get their money back.
