Former police chief shares his inspiring story in new children’s book

Winnipeg’s former police chief Devon Clunis wrote a children’s book with his wife Pearlene called ‘The Little Boy from Jamaica’ about how he overcame struggles in school and eventually became the city’s police chief. Shannon Cuciz spoke with the authors about the motivational message they are hoping to share.
