A Vancouver man is crying foul tonight, accusing a parking enforcement officer of unfairly ticketing his vehicle. The man claims he had stopped in a “no parking” zone for literally seconds when he was issued the ticket. As Ted Chernecki reports, he’s posted his confrontation with the city employee online.
