Kelowna council approves waterfront tourism centre

It’s been a contentious issue from the get-go – if city council approve building plans for a new Tourism Kelowna centre. The controversy is not so much about the need for a new space, but where it’s located is on prime waterfront property. Tuesday night city council had its say.
