A Manitoba man who had a heart attack at his home is lucky to be alive. With no hospital in Canada close, he was taken to Minnesota for life-saving treatment. As Brittany Greenslade reports, even though the province has an agreement in place with the U.S. hospital, the man is being left on the hook for a $118,000 bill.
