Taxpayers pay for free trip to London for corrections employee who donates to charity

Mon, Jan 23: Global News has discovered that the department responsible for running the federal prison system is using taxpayer-funded incentives to raise money for charity. As Sean O’Shea reports, one lucky donor to charity will get an expenses-paid trip to London, England this fall.
