Cold winter proving to be costly for southern Alberta municipalities

Mon, Jan 23: Lethbridge might not have seen a massive spike in overall snowfall this year, but the snow that did*fall, stuck around a lot longer because of the colder temperatures. As Quinn Campbell reports, for the city, and the Town of Coaldale, those temperatures are proving costly.
