Quebec eliminates accessory health fees

Fri, Jan 20: In order to comply with federal government regulations, Quebec is eliminating accessory fees in the province’s health sector, making it illegal for patients to be charged for medical services that are covered through public health insurance. Global’s Matt Grillo reports.
