Calgary Police Commission to launch independent review after officers charged 8 years after incident

Wed, Jan 18: The Calgary Police Commission has now launched an independent review of its files following criminal charges against two officers. The move comes amid criticism about the length of time it took to lay the charges against the men, one of them – the newly minted president of the police union. Jill Croteau reports.
