Prime Minister defends decision to answer questions only in French at town hall in Québec

Prime Minister Justin Trudeau created a problem for himself on Tuesday, at a town hall he held in Québec. He was asked some questions in English, but he answered them all in French. Now, as Mike Armstrong reports, he’s having to explain himself in both official languages.
