Congressman and civil rights leader John Lewis was asked in Miami Tuesday about not also attending the George W. Bush inauguration saying “we didn’t, attend it like so many other members of Congress did not. But President Bush is a friend of mine.” Lewis has called President-elect Donald Trump an “illegitimate president” and says he won’t attend the inauguration.
