Huge increase in licence fee shocks dangerous dog owner

It’s a big financial bite for the owners of dogs deemed dangerous in the central Okanagan. The cost to license their pet has increased more than 700 per cent from last year. The owners of a dangerous dog in West Kelowna complain the fee hike is too much. But the dog control agency defends the huge increase.
