The two men arrested in dramatic fashion on Kelowna’s floating bridge following a lengthy police chase have been charged with numerous offenses. Part of the dangerous escapade was captured on dash-cam video. And it was the quick actions of an astute truck driver that helped RCMP capture their suspects.
