Safety concerns shut another Vancouver emergency warming centre

There is new controversy today surrounding the emergency warming centres set up in Vancouver to help the city’s homeless during the current cold snap. Another one has been shut down amid safety concerns, and as Jordan Armstrong reports, some park board commissioners have called for a special meeting to discuss the issue.
