Making music accessible to children from all walks of life

Wed, Jan 11: Cellist Judith Manger has created Axis Music, a tuition-free music program specializing in violin, cello and piano lessons, as well as workshops for children and youth living in Toronto Community Housing. The program aims to promote equal access to music education and performance with all workshops and instruments free of charge. Suan Hay has more.
