‘We do not tolerate such actions’: community leaders speak out against apparent torture case

Prominent local clergymen held a news conference Thursday in Chicago condemning four people facing charges in connection with the apparent torture of an 18-year-old man with special needs. Community activist Rev. Walter Arthur McRae said “we do not tolerate such actions.”
